You can read more on this in a previous article.We've been talking alot about southern Delaware's fall festival season over the last few weeks, and we certainly hope you've been able to get out and enjoy some of these great events throughout September and October.Īnd it's not over yet, with the biggest festival of the season at the Delaware beaches occurring next weekend - and that's the 2021 Sea Witch Halloween & Fiddler's Festival.īut this week between the Rehoboth Beach Jazz Festival and Sea Witch shines the spotlight on nearby Ocean City, Maryland, where a number of great fall events are on the calendar. So far, Plymouth City Centre Company has confirmed the carnival will feature the carnival parade, live music, street artists, roaming circus performers, street dancing from Street Factory, a samba band, Plymouth Dance and a steel band. Plus, for the first time ever, there will be a "grand procession" through the city centre from Place de Brest, all the way along Cornwall Street to the West End, ending at a performance area at Frankfort Gate, which has seen a colourful makeover in time for the summer.Įntertainment and activities will take place across the West End and inside Plymouth Market from 11am on Saturday, August 28, with the final schedule of events set to be released in the coming weeks.
